Nikon F with Photomic FTn Finder
(Nikon F Photomic FTn)
The final version of the Photomic finder is the FTn. It features a second method of locking on the
camera, a large lever on the side. This is in addition to the lock button on the back. The finder also
automatically determines the aperture range of the lens with a quick twist in both directions. The
battery check button is now combined with the power switch.
The FTn finder was introduced in September 1968, and was continued until the F was discontinued in
May 1974
